1. How do I track my order?

You will be given a tracking number via email, once your item(s) have been shipped. You can monitor the status at www.USPS.com. Please make sure you provide a valid email address.

 2. What is your Return Policy?

 3. What are your shipping fees?

 4. Does IttieBittieDesigns ship outside of the United States?

Yes we ship our custom pieces to Canada. For shipping fees to Canada, please refer to our Shipping Policy for more details.

 5. What are your different payment methods?

IttieBittieDesigns accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal as payment. You can safely enter your entire credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information. We're sorry but we do not accept checks, or money orders at this time.

 6. Will I be charged Sales Tax with my order?

Sales tax is only collected in-state, from residents of the state of Michigan. We do not collect Sales Tax from residents of all other states or Canada.

 7. How do I change my order?

As stated in the return policy, for personalized or custom orders, you are given a 24 hour window to review/ or make changes to your order before processing. For all other orders, if you wish to add an additional items or alter your order; you will need to contact Customer Service with your order number at (248)838.9230; or email CustomerService@IBB4U.com.

 

8. Am I able to place a custom order?

Yes you can.  If you are interested in custom pieces, please fill out the spaces provided next to the item listed. Once IttieBittieDesigns receive your order, you will be contacted within 24 hours. We will review all the information submitted, and a sample would be produced. You will be sent (1) proof for review before processing the order. If you do not confirm within 24 hours, IttieBittieDesigns will assume that the order is approved and processed. Please make sure you provide a valid email address.

 9. Am I able to purchase a gift for someone?

Yes you can! Before or during checkout, you have the option to send as a gift. If you do not want the recipient to know about the gift, please provide your email address. We will wrap and send the gift on your behalf, with the message provided.  Please provide recipient's address in the shipping section, so it can be delivered to the correct address.

10. Am I able to purchase a gift certificate?

Yes you can! We offer gift certificates for purchase in our Gift Certificate section.
